Pete and Maura Kennedy first toured the UK as members of Nanci Griffith's Blue Moon Orchestra, during Nanci's "Other Voices, Other Rooms" period. Their work onstage and in the studio with Ms. Griffith led to daily interaction with Americana legends including Steve Earle, Guy ClarkEmmylou Harris and John Prine. By the time, they began touring England on their own, they were deeply steeped in all things Americana, having learned from the true sources, on the back roads of the American South and West. Once again, they bring their soulful energy to the intimate confines of The Kitchen Garden.
